I chose this hotel for attending a trade show and I was pleased with the available amenities. The restaurant had a variety of options and the business center was convenient for last-minute preparations. The dry cleaning service ensured that I had professional attire throughout my stay.

It would have been helpful to have a printing service for important documents needed for the trade show.

The hotel was special, had exceptionally good views and marvellous location close enough to the entertainment district and MOO, the river with views to the sea and convenience stores. The rooms were comfy, with central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box, exceptionally comfortable bed. The great and kind staff made our stay so fantastic. The breakfast was marvellous, we would have stayed for longer...

I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of Century Castle, just a short walk from Fisherman's Wharf and the airport buses. The hotel itself was modern and comfortable, and the formal Japanese breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the complimentary venison curry and drinks in the evening were a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel for its value and great location.

We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is located on the margin of the CBD, right by the river, with stunning views to the sea. The staff provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful, speaking excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clever use of space and dimmer lighting built into the headboard. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to the Hollywood room on the 6th floor, which was huge by Japanese standards. The hotel offers a relaxing lounge area with ample reading material and complimentary hot and cold drinks. The Japanese breakfast was excellent and the restaurant offered different themed creations each morning. We also loved the free wine tasting experience, which was definitely great value for money. this place is luxurious, comfortable, and offers enhanced quality services.

Stay at a hotel designed by a local architect - Kikou Mozuna, who clearly knows how to impress. Free WiFi, 24-hour front desk, and restaurant to satisfy my every need. Great amenities and service, making my stay enjoyable.

So disappointed that there wasn't a personal chef to cook meals exclusively for me. How dare they!

Spending Xmas at this hotel was quite nice, the view from the bedroom window was lovely and it had everything we needed. the breakfast they served was the best I've had in a long time, it was very tasty and plentiful. the area around the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with lots of good restaurants and shopping centers nearby.
